Enables the Talkgroup
Alias Text information to appear in the radio's display. This allows
for a radio-user recognizable name to appear when the user is scrolling
through the radio's ASTRO Talkgroup
List. This feature applies for the current ASTRO Talkgroup
List.
When disabled, the Talkgroup
IDs appear in the radio's display.
